- Crackers (I used that classic round cracker)
- 1 small tomato
- vegan cream cheese ( I used Galaxy onion & chive)
- any fresh herbs you have on hand (I used cilantro)
- salt & pepper to taste
Step1: Spread some cream cheese on each cracker and top with a thin slice of tomato. Add some salt and pepper and garnish with fresh herbs. It’s that simple!
